"Cape Where?" Cape Hatteras is an island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. They're mainly known for two things: extreme water sports and fishing.
Insight: Though there is tension between the fishing community and the water sports community, it's the love of the ocean that unites them all.
Idea: Crown Cape Hatteras as "The Waterpeople's Paradise."
